This powerful online platform offers personalized training plans, performance data analysis and tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle. After an initial consultation and lifestyle audit you'll receive continuous feedback to help set targets and track your progression.  
We are pleased to announce our new partnership with VQ Velocity.
This advanced software significantly enhances our coaching capabilities, enabling us to analyse and refine every session within our training library with greater precision. In addition, we are now able to deliver live, interactive coaching sessions, all of which can be recorded and incorporated into our coaching packages as required.
Each session is led through structured, on-bike instruction by Paul Mill, former Head Coach too Team Wiggins. Athletes benefit from focused technical development while working to specified power, heart rate, and cadence targets to ensure optimal training outcomes.
We look forward to offering this enhanced level of performance coaching to all our athletes.
